Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Zendrop US-based products may arrive in as little as 3–5 business days for domestic US orders.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our store for updates.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
